For normal orders

• Shipping takes place into all Emirates of the UAE only.
• There is no minimum order value.
• Orders are usually processed within 2-6 working days.
• Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.
• Orders will not be shipped on national holidays.
• The prices include packaging costs.
• Since this is a webshop for end consumers only, all prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT.

• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)
